Reading the information on the back of the packet I find that one of the products is not as useful as I thought it would be. It would be much better if the website made all the information available that we would be able to see if we were in a shop. It doesn't have to be difficult to do that - a photo of the back of the packet would have been sufficient. (Other than that the service was good.)
But I haven't really needed to use it yet.
The information on the back of the packet says be sure to use the right size. But there is no indication of size on the cots, they all look about the same, and since it also says that they are single use, we presumably aren't suppose to try them all on to find the best size. Hopefully things will become clearer when I try to use them. It also says they aren't supposed to be kept on for a long time; it would have been better if that warning had been shown on the website before I bought them.
I have used shd for awhile now and would and do recommend to everyone, my recent order was posted to an old address and shd couldn’t of been more helpful
