Once I received the correct product the product was great.
It was extremely difficult to get un touch with the company. I emailed them to advise them that the incorrect product had been sent - with no response. Also unable to get an answer by phone, and unable to get a answer at the company address. (I started to believe I had been scammed.) But then the correct item arrived by courier. (With a postage link to return the incorrect product.)
