Have not tried it yet as these were bought as presents for my sister who was back trouble but I have to say I am impressed with shd medical and how quick my order came to me also impressed that if a product is temporarily out of stock you can ask to be notified if it comes back in again and yes I will definitely be coming back to shd medical to see what other products they have
