Package arrived late due to Royal Mail being silly and delivering it to a neighbour with my surname. When I complained about delivery, Josh settled my mind by actually checking with Royal Mail and tracing my delivery for me. I am a fully trusting customer of SHDMedical and would recommend these guys for all your medical paraphernalia.
