Description

Bring some fun and excitement to the bedroom after dark with these EXS glow in the dark condoms. The perfect condom for 'after hours' use, simply place the condom in a strong light for 30 seconds, either in the wrapper or while you're wearing it and it will glow brightly for 15 minutes, followed by an after glow for some time after that. 

These condoms are made from high quality natural rubber and are lubricated with a non-spermicidal lubricant.  They have all the benefits of regular condoms but with a luminous surprise to add to the experience.

Condom Expiry

Please note that all of our condoms have a minimum of 2 years shelf life.  Condoms have an expiry date printed on the back of each individual packet.  Expired condoms become weak and if used after the expiration date there is a greater risk of splitting, tearing or puncturing during use.

Maybe not the best condom in the world for fit or comfort but if you want some good old fashioned glow in the dark fun then you can't go wrong for this price and as EXS you know it's still a quality product unlikely to wrip or break!

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. In addition we will inform you at checkout if delivery may take a little longer due to high demand.

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

How can I track the status of my order?

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Royal Mail/Uk Mail  website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail deliver - Monday - Saturday
UK Mail is a next day delivery service delivering between Monday - Friday

Will I need to sign for my order?

If you have chosen the ‘signed for’ delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Special Delivery Instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

I have a query regarding my delivery?

If you have any queries regarding your delivery please email us at info@shdmedical.co.uk, we aim to respond to all queries within 1 working day.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

Please note that all condoms are packaged discreetly in an anonymous package.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@shdmedical.co.uk. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Returns

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email to info@shdmedical.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@shdmedical.co.uk   We will then advise you on the best course of action. 

In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
