BD Micro-Fine Ultra Pen Needles Penta Point 32g x 4mm
BD Micro-Fine Ultra pen needles combine a fine 32G gauge with a short 4mm needle length and a five-bevel PentaPoint tip. The 5-bevel design is intended to provide a more comfortable injection with less perceived injection pain compared with the 3-bevel pen needles studied, while the 4mm length helps reduce the risk of intramuscular injection compared with needles 6mm and longer.
Ultra-Thin wall technology provides a larger inner diameter for a 32G needle and has been shown to increase insulin flow, supporting ease of use during injection. Supplied in a box of 100, the needles are sterile, individually packed and designed for single use.

Please note: Orders over £30 will automatically be sent using tracked/signed for service. For Express Delivery we use both Royal Mail and UK Mail depending on weight.
*Royal Mail aim for 95% of parcels to arrive within 2-3 working days, in some cases it may take a little longer. We provide tracking where possible but please allow up to 5 days before reporting a non-delivery.

Returns
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email to info@shdmedical.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
Faulty/Damaged Goods:
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@shdmedical.co.uk We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
