After a bad start when the wrong gloves were sent SHD quickly corrected the the shipment and gave excellent service. Would be 5 but initial error reduces the mark to 4

Reading the information on the back of the packet I find that one of the products is not as useful as I thought it would be. It would be much better if the website made all the information available that we would be able to see if we were in a shop. It doesn't have to be difficult to do that - a photo of the back of the packet would have been sufficient. (Other than that the service was good.)
