I would like to say how kind, empathetic and thoughtful this company is. I had placed an order for some syringes in advance for my diabetic dog. I very sadly lost her 2 weeks ago which was quite a shock and has absolutely ripped my world apart😢💔. I emailed the company to ask if I could possibly return my excess syringes that I had ordered for Molly (my dog) even though it was out of the return timeframe. I spoke with Josh and he was fantastic and very empathetic towards my loss and allowed me to return my order for a full refund.
