Clinell Spill Wipes offer a simple and unique approach for the safe clean up of body fluid spills. Quick, easy to use and highly effective, Clinell spill wipe packs replace the need for traditional chlorine based spill kits which can be hazardous. They provide patented technology with an incredibly stable formula with no toxic fumes making them safe for use in patient areas.
Each pack contains a super absorbent, peracetic acid generating pad capable of absorbing up to a litre of fluid. This triggers an oxidative reaction within the pad itself, neutralising all pathogens. Two disinfectant wipes are included to further clean the area. Soiled wipes can then be placed back into the resealable packaging for safe disposal.

Please note: Orders over £30 will automatically be sent using tracked/signed for service. For Express Delivery we use both Royal Mail and UK Mail depending on weight.
*Royal Mail aim for 95% of parcels to arrive within 2-3 working days, in some cases it may take a little longer. We provide tracking where possible but please allow up to 5 days before reporting a non-delivery.

Returns
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email to info@shdmedical.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
Faulty/Damaged Goods:
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@shdmedical.co.uk We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
